How can I make my first appointment?

What should I need to have in my first appointment?
For your first appointment, we need your identification document to complete the medical form. We also recommend that you indicate any relevant medical or dental history and be able to mention any medication you are currently taking.
If you are making an appointment to use a dental voucher, you must present the document at the first appointment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by ATM or bank transfer.
